OUR TEAM
Bram Yoffie
FARM MANAGER
Hailing from Worcester, MA. Bram is a man of many talents, a passionate Chef Boulanger, organic farmer, stone miller, and fermenter.
-
Ex-architect working in real estate and construction, he found his passion for bread and agriculture on a fateful trip to Paris, after which he returned to rural France where he learned from local organic farmers to farm ancient wheat and grains, mill them into flour and bake into the most magnificent French country loaves in a wood-fired hearth oven.
Bram has dedicated himself to the art of agriculture and the baking craft for over a decade, working in the best boulangeries, kitchens, and farms worldwide, utilizing his expertise for projects from developing recipes and bread programs for restaurants to building his own wood-fired ovens and mills. At Burr Hall Farm, Bram is revolutionizing the fundamentals of how we appreciate and consume food, from the earth to the oven.
